When spending time in the Sonoran desert, I love to seek out the elusive desert Bighorn Sheep (a smaller cousin to the Rocky Mountain Bighorn), Desert Cottontail, Silver Fox, Black-tailed Jackrabbit, Harris’ Antelope Ground Squirrel, Round-tailed Ground Squirrel, wild horses, Black-tailed and Diamondback Rattlesnakes, various lizards, several species of bats and more.
