How did your interest in wildlife arise?
At the beginning I was interested in
capturing photos of nature, architecture,
heritage and traditional lifestyles. In
2010, I began following photographers
who focused on desert wildlife, which
inspired me to develop my photography
skills in that genre. I’m very passionate in
capturing wildlife and nature in its purest
form. Photography has allowed me to
enter a different world, distracting me
from my day to day routine. It is a world
of positivity allowing me to explore nature
to the point that I can distinguish the
sounds of different birds.
How do you describe your journey as a photographer and a person?
My journey in photography started after I graduated from University. I was interested in painting and drawing, and photography allowed me to translate my photos into art pieces. Everywhere I went I took my camera with me, ready for any opportunity that comes my way to capture photos. I participated in workshops, exhibitions, competitions in the UAE, as well as abroad. There was always room for improvement which is why I was so passionate about developing my skills in the field of photography.
What is your view on Nature Conservation? How can we, as wildlife photographers, help to protect Mother Nature?
The wildlife photos we capture show the beauty of nature, and its importance to the community. I’ve come across many people who have asked me where the picture was taken, which is why a simple picture can show the value of nature behind its beauties.
The beauty reflected in a picture sends the message that in order to preserve nature and keep it in the form god created it, we should conserve and protect the environment.
Can you give our readers the best bird or wildlife photography tips? Do you have any recommendation on settings or gear for bird photography?
1. The best photos are captured with patience.
2. The right time should be chosen when taking pictures of desert wildlife more specifically during the golden hour.
3. Endless practice is needed because professionalism is not achieved overnight.
4. Experience must be gained by interacting and learning from other photographers.
5. Always be willing to share your knowledge and cooperate with others.
What plans do you have in the future related to Wildlife Photography?
I would like to travel to South Africa to capture desert wildlife in depth

I use a variety of gear that have helped me in my photographic journey. At the beginning, I began using Nikon D300, D3, D7000. As I began to dive in deeper in the field of photography, I used Nikon D500, Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens, Nikon 200-500mm F/5.6e Vr Af-s Ed Nikkor Zoom Lens, Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II Lens. I also used the tripod and camouflage suit
