Yvonne Ankerman is a South African artist with a background of sailing, boating and nature guide. She has worked as resident artist aboard expedition vessels in arctic and Antarctic waters. She shares her experiences and artwork of visitng some of the most exciting islands in the ice and snow polar regions.
