Karamveer Singh Palna

Karamveer Singh Palna was born in Eldoret and raised in Nairobi, Kenya. Growing up near the outskirts of Nairobi National Park, meant frequent visits to the park around which he started developing the hobby of photographing some of Kenya’s wildest treasures: the wildlife. He picked up photography at the age of 12 by using his father’s spare camera during their frequent trips to Nairobi National Park.

Karamveer’s photography has focused on the Kenyan wildlife in order to capture and raise awareness of the raw beauty of these beasts and their natural habitat, which is beginning to face an existential crisis. Karamveer’s love and respect of wildlife has also been as a result of influence by some of his photography role models who are also working to raise awareness for the preservation of the African wildlife.
